One of my roommates is moving out soon; if you know any cool folks who would be interested, let me know!\

About the room:\
\
\* Upstairs room for rent in private home located in the the Laurel district of Oakland (near Mills College).\
\
\* Available June 1.\
\
\* Rent is \$600 plus deposit and 1/3 utilities.\
\
\* Month-to-month lease, at least at first.\
\
About the house:\
\

\
\* It\'s about 30-45 min. to most places in SF and 60-80 min to Mountain View (by car). The Fruitvale BART is about 2.5 miles away.\
\
\* Large kitchen and dining area.\
\
\* Hardwood floors throughout the bottom floor. Carpeted upper floor. Two bathrooms.\
\
\* Large backyard with landscaping, a plum tree, and wooden fences.\
\
\* There\'s a Farmer Joes market (small Whole Foods-like store) about 0.5 miles away. Trader Joes is about 3.7 miles away.\
\
\* Nearby street parking is plentiful.\
\
About us:\
\
\* Mid-late thirties, single male professionals. One is an executive director for a non-profit; the other is a sysadmin for a financial services firm.\
\
\* We like to host dinner parties and house parties, but are not party animals.\
\
\* We\'re both meat-eaters, and like to cook healthy, organic foods.\
\
\* 420-friendly.
