BTW, if you think you might want to live at Tortuga at some point (even if you have no intentions of moving now), let me know. We occasionally have openings in the community, and it's nice to have a pool of people to ping who have been pre-approved. Attending socials and such is part of the approval process, so if I know you're interested in living here, I can make sure you know about them.
