I added two sections: PROPOSED and COMMITTED Teams/Tasks. The proposed list includes tasks that someone thinks _should_ be done and the team lists people who expressed interest in being on the team. The COMMITTED section is for those tasks that someone has COMMITTED to make happen (either themselves, or by recruiting others). If you want to commit to a task then copy and paste it from the PROPOSED list and add your name to the end. Multiple people can commit to the same task. Everyone should feel free to propose new tasks and (especially) to commit to the tasks they want to see happen.
