1) Mountain View Tea Village and Gallery - beautiful works of art, including an enormous, intricately carved bookshelf and a giant geode
2) Stevens Creek trail - at numerous locations you can find little clearings next to the creek
3) 39th Ave and Victor Ave, Oakland, CA - there's a small picnic bench next to the 39th Ave Reservoir that provides a beautiful view of the valley below.
