A friend of my friend PJ Manney is looking for housing in SF:\

\"I\'m starting a graduate nursing program at UCSF mid-June, and would love to live within walking/biking distance of the Parnassus campus. I\'m 45 years old, female, single, non-smoker, a quiet and serious student, financially secure, great credit, sterling reference from my previous landlord. I have a small, well-behaved dog for whom I\'d love to find a place that would afford him access to a yard, but it\'s certainly not a deal-breaker if I can\'t have that. Mainly I\'m looking to avoid three hours of commute each day. I can pay up to \$2400/mo for a place that meets all my needs.\"\
