Our 3,100sqft warehouse on Treasure Island has a vacancy starting May 1st. We have \~620sqft available at \$1.25/sqft. This is about half what you\'d pay in SF and includes utilities and internet.\

We have 18ft+ ceilings, and a small number of awesome people sharing the space.\
\
Ideally seeking a single tenant to take the whole piece, but we can also accommodate shorter term/smaller projects over the summer if necessary.\"\
