If you could only eat the same three meals a day, what would they be? Bonus points if they meet the following criteria:\

\* do not require refrigeration\
\* do not require a lot of prep / clean up\
\* inexpensive\
\* nutritious (provides complete nutrition to lead happy, healthy life)\
\* reasonably tasty\
\
