Can you legally make conditional campaign donations? For example, can I put \$100 K into an escrow account that will be disbursed to the campaigns of candidates x, y, z if weed becomes decriminalized at the federal level by Jan 1, 2017? Note that candidates x, y, z don\'t have to vote themselves for the measure to receive the money, though they\'re obviously incentivized to do so.
