Government enthusiasts note: every petty regulation you pass gives police more opportunities to do things like this. Smoking bans, billboard bans, immigration bans, every one requires police enforcement, and the risk that some innocent person / creature will be beaten, shot, robbed, or caged. Ask yourself: would you support the regulation you favor, if you had to enforce it personally? If it were enforced by your ideological enemies?
