Stranger Things is superb. It\'s a Netflix Original mini-series about a boy who disappears under mysterious circumstances, and the efforts of his friends and family to find him.\
\
Set in early 80\'s Indiana, it pays homage to several movies of that era\--E.T., Stand by Me, IT, and Escape To Witch Mountain (among others). The child actors are particularly outstanding, but everything is well-done\--plot, pacing, sets, music, etc.\
