When you're considering a would-be Airbnb guest, what traits/questions do you consider "green flags", i.e. traits/behaviors that indicate that the guest will be a better than average guest?

Some of the answers so far include:

Potential guests who show that they've read the listing by referencing something in the listing.

Potential guests who have reviews that don't just say good guest, but that are specific about what a pleasure this guest was to host.

Potential guests who don't ask for exceptions (early check in, late check out, more guests than your maximum, discounts, etc.).
