ABBA is one of the first band's I remember as a kid. We were not an especially musical family, but we had some records by ABBA, Simon and Garfunkel, and Carol King.
I wonder what's prompting them to get back together. They're all rich enough that money probably doesn't drive them personally. And I'm doubtful that they have much left artistic to say that would be best expressed together as a band. Maybe some of their coterie is having some hard times? Maybe enough time has passed that they're feeling nostalgic for the pleasure of performing for a stadium of people?
