This is a beautiful space with a gorgeous yard. If you know someone looking for a space in Berkeley, I can highly recommend it. If interested, let me know, and I\'ll put you in touch.\

\"\[We\'re moving\] out of our lovely home in Berkeley, so it\'s available for rent! If you\'re looking for a place, please let me know, and I can put in a good word for you with our landlords.\
\
It\'s a small 2 story cottage (2br/2ba), located in our landlords\' backyard. It\'s just south of campus, in the Elmwood neighborhood, near the intersection of Dwight & Piedmont. It\'s beautiful, with a lovely garden. It\'s generally quiet here, though there is a frat very close by and we sometimes need to call and ask them to quiet down when they are having parties.\
\
The rent is currently \$2400, though I wouldn\'t be surprised if the rent gets increased a bit when we move out. It is not rent controlled. Our move-out date is March 1.\"
