I wonder if you could design a pro-rationality, benevolent version of the Quiverfull movement?

A fertility cult of friendly scientists, perhaps? Call it the Beakerfull movement, if you will. Other desirable features: pro-art, pro-longevity, pro-freedom, tolerant, kind, productive, curious, emotionally healthy, sanguine, and charismatic.
