I\'m looking for a headlamp with the following features:\

1. Built-in USB batter charger\
2. Removable 18650 or AA battery\
3. Simple ( on/off + high/low/red)\
4. Inexpensive (\$30 or less)\
5. IPX-8 waterproof\
6. Sturdy, but plastic body is fine\

The Fenix HL55seems to check all the boxes except price (it\'s \$70):\
