80 years of failed regulation is finally coming to an end. Yet despite costing billions, and resulting in the kidnapping and imprisonment of tens of thousands of people\--for years at a time\--the people responsible will suffer no consequences whatsoever. One of many reasons I think the bar for regulation should be very high.\
