One of the downsides of maintaining strict control over a platform is that you will be held responsible for it. IMHO, Ross Ulbricht is in jail, and Bram Cohen is not, in part because Cohen can\'t control how his software is used, whereas Ulbricht had final say over who could use the Silk Road.\
