Airbnb\'s Instant Book marketing is less than honest. They claim in most of their marketing that if you ever feel uncomfortable with a guest who booked through Instant booking, you can cancel penalty-free. However, what they don\'t say is that you can cancel penalty-free no more than three times in a given year. More than three times, and you have to call them and ask permission to cancel first.
