Some friends of mine (a couple) are looking for two rooms in a 2 - 4 bedroom house, located in SF or East Bay. Close to transit. They have one cat.
They're great! Highly creative, kindhearted, and responsible. They've managed several large communal spaces in the past. I think any community would be lucky to have them.
