Idea: Plant a conspiracy that anti-vaccine propaganda is part of a secret government \"Roundup for rebels\" campaign to kill off anti-government sentiment as follows:\
\
a) persuade anti-government rebels to not vaccinate their kids\
\
b) release viruses now stored in government labs, killing off the next generation of rebels, but leave vaccinated government schoolchildren untouched.
