Product idea: open source, open world construction simulator. Think Xplane, but for backhoes, front end loaders, crane, fork lifts. Construction simulators already exist, but they don't appear very realistic, judging from the trailers, and you don't learn the controls. Maybe get financing from a construction equipment consortium, as a way to reduce their training and insurance costs?
