What we need is a law that before Congress can authorize any military action (defined to be sending US forces into combat outside the US borders), the President, Speaker of the House, Senate Majority, Senate Minority, and the commanders of the armed forces must each drive a large knife through the heart of a randomly selected citizen on live television.
