Sansa - figures out that Cersei plans to burn King's Landing to the ground, marries Tyrion, rules over Westeros
Tyrion - Takes control over Kings Landing following death of Cersei and Jaime, persuades Iron Island troops/Golden Army to fight the wights to buy time to evacuate the city, leads the citizens of Kings Landing to safety outside city walls, marries Sansa, rules over Westeros
Arya - wight at Winterfell; succeeds in saving those in the the crypt
Night King - Takes Winterfell. Loses one wight dragon, but wights another. Marches to Kings Landing. Defeated by Daenarys and her dragon.
Jon Snow - Makes foolish political / strategic decisions. Defeated at Winterfell. Dies at King's Landing to save Daenarys.
Daenarys - Loses another dragon at Winterfell. Rescues Bran at Winterfell. Defeats Night King at King's Landing. Leaves with a dragon to rule Dothraki, Mereen. Also she's pregnant.
