Twenty suggestions to reduce abortion without government coercion:

1. Offer to pay fertile women to have an IUD inserted.
2. Offer to pay men to have the RISUG procedure.
3. Offer to pay women walking into an abortion clinic to carry their fetus to term, and to handle the adoption process. Show them photos of would-be adoptive parents who agree to adopt the babies, sight unseen.
4. Make birth control pills OTC.
5. Abolish the FDA, so new birth control tech can come on the market faster.
6. Pay men to have a vasectomy.
7. Pay women to have their tubes tied.
8. Develop artificial womb technology, so embryo ownership can be transferred more easily.
9. Pay fertile women for every year they are not pregnant.
10. Offer free vasectomies / tubal ligation to prisoners.
11. Decriminalize prostitution, so there are fewer rapes.
12. Issue social policy bonds that pay out, if the number of abortions is reduced.
13. Allow Chinese government to bid on female embryos to be raised in orphanages to balance gender ratios in China.
14. Encourage the development of CRISPR technologies so that birth defects can be fixed in utero.
15. Encourage the development of gene therapy to increase intelligence, as it's correlated with lower fecundity.
16. Encourage the development of VR sex workers / dildonics, so that people can have sex without risk of pregnancy.
17. Pay for research to induce the development of gay children. Pay parents to have gay kids.
18. Pay parents to sex select for males, so that the population is heavily overweighted toward men. This should, in turn, encourage the development of sexbots.
19. Encourage the development of AI/tele-operated sexbots.
20. Fund "pregnancy horror" movies and pay teens to watch them.
