Construction space for big art is getting harder to come by in the Bay Area, so I think this is a project worthy of your support:\

\"We are going to build a collective arts space in Alameda in a 15,000 square foot warehouse. When is the last time you heard GOOD news about an art space, huh? We are going to drop a few shipping containers for people to use as studios, make the electrical safe/reasonable, put in a security gate, re-do the bathroom\... you get the idea. We will be able to host about a dozen studios.\"\
