Shower thought: Allow voters to vote on individual laws, instead of voting for representatives. However, for their vote to count, voters must contribute \$20 to a victim\'s restitution fund, such that if the law proves to be a bad law and is repealed, the victim\'s can receive some restitution for the fines/prison time they served.\
\
Laws can be repealed, on the other hand, by a simple plurality of votes.\
\
Anonymity can be maintained by requiring payment in the form of an anonymous currency, such as Monero or Zcash.
