If you\'re thinking about moving to Puerto Rico for the tax benefits provided by the Act 20/22 legislation, you might want to get your paperwork in now. On January 1st, 2020, the law changes such that to take advantage of the act:\
\
a) you must buy a house\
b) you must employ at least one person\
c) you must make an annual charitable donation of at least \$10000\
\
\...aka you must be relatively wealthy. Whereas if you apply now, you will be grandfathered in.\
