"...he was working from the basket at first, then his partner told him to go out and they were attached to each other with a rope(dont know the right word sorry). It is shown on the other video from a go pro camera attached to this poor man's helmet. A journalist gave it to him to shoot his work from his eyes. That footage shows how some man told them on the radio to go out of the basket and work outside, it was not his idea and it seems like he didn't really want to do it, he was worried(totally understandable) and asked his partner to attach their ropes together on that video, the basket was much closer to the worker then, and it seems that their ropes were too short for the distance we see in this tragic video. It is so sad that they decided that he should work out of the basket and the basket was so far away from him and they were not attached with ropes anymore.
