I manage an Airbnb which hosts 10 - 14 people. As a result, we've accumulated a collection of food storage containers, from a variety of manufacturers. I'd like to standardize on a single line of food storage containers, so that we don't have a jumble of mismatched containers and lids in the cupboards.
The manufacturers of food storage containers for consumers (Rubbermaid, Glad, etc) typically change up their lines every few years (probably deliberately) so that the containers from previous years are incompatible with the current line.
However, I've recently discovered that Cambro makes a line of food pans / hotel pans in polypropylene targeted toward the restaurant market. They come in standard hotel pan sizes, which aren't likely to change over time. For example:

Those of you in the restaurant business: which hotel pans do you think would be most useful for a home cook who occasionally entertains for 6 - 12 people?
