Some segments start out very small, perhaps \$5 million to \$8 million. That\'s a great place to try a young person. If they fail, we just pick up the pieces and move on. If they worked for another company, they would be trapped in some function. Here they get a chance to do everything. That gives a lot of people the chance to train and see what they can do.\"\
