"This was going to be Midtown Corner, a 189-unit apartment building being constructed in the parking lot on the southeast corner of East 29th St. and 26th Ave. South. It's a little hard to find online because construction just started last August, so it's not on Google maps yet. It seems like it was set to open in mid 2020. Twenty percent of its units (that's 38) were set to be reserved for households making less than 60% of AMI (the rest would be market rate)."
