Mark Chang is looking to sell ~50 acres of undeveloped land near Temecula, CA for ~$165 K. Details below.

"Here are some pictures of the off-grid land my dad bought back in 1979 but he never did anything with it except pay property taxes. He is 94 years old now, and we want to let it go to someone who could make better use of it. It's located near Temecula in Southern California, has 50 acres total (about 8 very flat acres plus another 42 acres of varied topology including half of an entire ridge including the top and part of the other side), a southern exposure, a lake view from the top of the hill, and four abandoned gold mine shafts, one which may have water at the bottom that could be pumped to the surface. It is 25 minutes from Temecula or Hemet and a couple hours from Los Angeles or San Diego. We are looking for a someone who has their own financing to purchase it. Asking $165K. Please send a private message if you are a serious buyer. I have a lot of experience with off-grid living and technology such as solar powered wells, solar air conditioning, and lithium house batteries and would be happy to help whoever buys the land plan out their off-grid infrastructure."
