Must have:
Supports open file formats (especially epub)
Waterproof (preferably IPX8)
Large screen (6" +)
$0 - $200 price point
Preferred:
Open OS (Linux / BSD)
Open hardware
Long battery life
No assembly required
Ruggedized
Easily replaceable battery (preferably 18650)
Easily replaceable memory card
The Kobo H2O Edition 2 seems closest, but I wonder if others have better recommendations.
