\~2.2 million people over the age of 65 die in the US every year. So, unchecked, the Corona-19 virus would\'ve killed about the same number of people who die of old age in one year. (Assuming that the claims that 2 - 2.2 million people would\'ve died in absence of any response are correct.)\
