The latest data I could find (from 2018) suggests that there has been an uptick in violence attacks perpetrated against Asians, from 6.9 in 2017 to 16.2 in 2018. (per 1000 over age 12; See Table 9). However, even with the increase, Asians experience less violent attacks relative to their population than any other ethnic group (see Table 12).
