Guns would be free, and everyone over 18 would get one.\

Democrats would complain that black people didn\'t have enough guns.\

If voting were like buying a gun:\

In many cities, you\'d have to ask the Sheriff for permission to vote, which he can deny for any reason.\
\
In many cities, you\'d have to justify\--in detail, in writing\--why you wanted to vote. If your answer isn\'t good enough, you can\'t vote.\
\
In order to vote, you\'d have to take a 4 hour civics lesson, and wait 30 days.\
\
In many cities, only police, politicians and their friends would be allowed to vote.
