For future reference, here's how to a) pirate a movie b) take a screenshot.

* Install a VPN. iVPN is a reasonable choice: (https://www.ivpn.net/). This will reduce the likelihood of your ISP from seeing that you've downloaded a movie illegally. [EDIT: There's no guarantee that your VPN isn't logging your activity, and selling your information to advertisers, the government, or criminal organizations. You have to trust that they won't rat you out. If you want to reduce your risk even further, download over Tor instead. ]
* Install the Transmission Bittorrent client (https://transmissionbt.com/). This will allow you to rapidly download a pirated movie.
* Install VLC (https://www.videolan.org/vlc/). This will allow you to play almost any video format.
* Start your VPN. THIS IS IMPORTANT. If you download a movie without a VPN, then the copyright holders will send a stern letter to your ISP. They, in turn, will threaten to shut down your internet account. There's also a very low probability that you will be prosecuted for violating copyright law.
* Go to The Pirate Bay (https://the[REMOVE]pirate[FACEBOOK]bay[CENSORSHIP].org)
* Search for the movie / TV show of interest.
* Click on the link for the episode you want to download. For example, here is the link for Season 1, Episode 7 of Wandavision:
https://the[REMOVE]pirate[FACEBOOK]bay[CENSORSHIP].org/description.php?id=41819980
* Click "Get This Torrent". This should launch your bittorrent client (Transmission). Transmission will ask you if you want to open the torrent. Confirm that you do.
* Wait for the file to download.
* Once the file has downloaded, open it in VLC.
* Pause the video shortly before where you want to take a snapshot. Then advance frame by frame by clicking the "E" button until you have the frame you want.
* Select "Video" > "Take Snapshot"

Ta da! You're done.
