Whenever I see a Democrat call for packing the Supreme Court, I can't help but think "Having rigged the court in your favor, what makes you think the Republicans won't rig it in return? Or simply ignore the courts altogether, the Democrats having abandoned any pretense of abiding by any rules except the naked exercise of power?"
