Philip Dean Mikella knows full well that violence is used to enforce the laws,  IMO, they're just dicking us around, because we're acting like they're simply mistaken, rather than playing dumb about their desire to have cops to put people in a cage if they don't shut down their Airbnb's.  (And kill them if they resist being put in a cage too hard.)
