Philip Dean I'm no longer so generous as you.  There are evil, crazy people in the world.  They want to kill people and hurt people if they don't obey.  Do you think Mikella really doesn't know the difference between persuading someone to do something voluntarily and putting a gun to their head?  Do you really think they don't know how laws are enforced?
