Manjari Narayan "What I meant is that changing labels to meet FDA requirements is not that onerous. " I don't know the relative proportion that the tariffs, labeling requirements, and other regulations contribute, but en toto they seem to be onerous enough to keep European formula producers out of the US market.   (Despite obvious demand, even before the shortages.)
