Ryan And to be clear, I'm not trying to persuade you.  I only want surface people to whom my ideas appeal naturally.  Recruiting people who disagree will only be obstructions to success.  And I'm not omniscient.  Maybe I'm wrong, and your strategy will work better.  i encourage you to try it, and see what happens.
