# Paul C. Jeffries I said nothing about "exterminating" the germ line...

*May 23, 2022 — Comment Archer T. Ships replied to Paul C. Jeffries's comment.*

Paul C. Jeffries I said nothing about "exterminating" the germ line of other ideologies. I want to out reproduce them (via voluntarily means) so that eventually they become the minority and fade out without conflict. (Although I fear that once advocates of other ideologies realize the genetic foundations of political belief, they will use coercive genetic engineering to advance their ideologies, as they have few compunctions against doing so. ) I also said nothing about starting from scratch. All of the reforms to date achieved by liberty activists in New Hampshire have been via the standard democratic process that progressives and conservatives have been using for centuries. I favor refactoring government with willing participants, not revolution. And I'm happy to co-exist with authoritarians as long as they leave us alone. But since history has shown that authoritarians have great difficulty keeping their hands to themselves, I think we have to be populous enough and powerful to repulse / dissuade their attacks.
