Marco Money pays for healthcare, which saves lives.  And yes, there is a small risk of thieves killing someone else when the laptop explodes.  There's also the risk that the thieves will use the stolen funds to buy guns, pay for drugs (which may cause them to run over someone while intoxicated), or finance mafias.
