Gerry Bourdeau Agree that libertarian ideas are solid.  But the main point of a party is to win elections, and at that task, the LP has failed miserably. And even if you see spreading ideas as a main point, the best we've done so far on that front is the Ron Paul campaign, and he ran as a Republican.
