Do I know anyone with a working reel to reel tape player in the SF Bay Area? And knows how to use it? A friend of mine has some tapes from a recently deceased relative that she would like to upload to digital format. She\'s willing to travel to you and provide payment (money / beer / pizza). She can provide the required cabling and handle the other end.
