# Who thinks it would be a good idea to give Congress the power to say...

Who thinks it would be a good idea to give Congress the power to say that someone in California can't hire someone from Arizona?  Or that someone in New Hampshire can't rent to someone from Florida?  Evenly if well-intentioned (a very generous stipulation) how can a Congressman possibly have the incentives or the information to make such decisions well?  Yet, somehow, giving them the power to bar 330 million citizens from hiring or renting to Mexicans is a good idea?
