Jenny Kelly Yeah, I see claims that insects are much more efficient at converting feedstocks into protein than animals (by orders of magnitude). But that's not been reflected in the price that insect farmers charge. I don't see many people switching until someone can bring the cost down to half or less the cost of animal based protein.
