Misha Gurevich Medicinally, yes, recreationally no.  Though not for lack of trying.  Although the House (controlled by FSPers)  has passed many decrim bills, they're killed in the Senate which is still controlled by conservative Republicans.  NH law requires that one be a residence for 7 years before running for Senate, so it will take some time for the FSP to make inroads there.
