Paul C. Jeffries I don't think it takes that long for people to find other jobs. The people employed as buggy manufacturers, phone switch operators, and farmers found other jobs when they were displaced by technological innovation. But even if it did, I don't think that anyone has a right to a job. If I want to hire a black person who is willing to work for less money, I don't think the white laborer should be able to run to the state to force me not do so. Do you?
